Join us Friday, May 3 from 5-9 and Saturday, May 4 from 12-9 for the 3rd Annual Altoona in Bloom Street Fair in Downtown Altoona. Brought to you by the Altoona Area Business Community (formerly Downtown Altoona Business Community), this year’s fair promises to deliver an exciting variety of food, retail vendors, rides and entertainment, including our headliner WALKNEY from 7:30-9 on Saturday night. The fun begins at Heritage Plaza with delicious food and entertainment, then continues over the foot bridge to the Railroaders’ Museum for rides and more tasty treats with activities and retail vendors every step of the way. Bartlebaugh’s Amusements provide the rides for the kids while magicians, face painting, an exhilarating Zumba demonstration and more will entertain folks of every age. Festivities begin Friday, May 3 at 5 PM with an opening from Altoona Mayor, Matt Pacifico, an opening prayer and remarks from a WTAJ personality. Entertainment includes: Lip Sync Contest, Altoona Brass Collective, Wilted, Lauren & Joe Acoustic Duo, Zupe …and more! with activities and retail vendors every step of the way. demonstration and more will entertain folks of every age.
