Chamber Holding Meetings on Empower3 Health Plan
For the past few years, the Blair County Chamber and Empower3 Center for Health have partnered on a health plan that has made it possible for small employers to be able to offer healthcare to employees. With the most recent changes in the Affordable Care Act for 2019, new opportunities to offer great care at a lower cost are well worth considering for businesses – both large and small. An informational program detailing the Empower3 program, which also includes a reduced rate for Chamber members will be held on two dates – October 3rd at 9:00 a.m. and October 4th at 1:00 p.m. Both meetings are at the Devorris Center for Business Development in Altoona.  Speakers will be Dr. Zane Gates and Patrick Reilly of Empower3.  There is no cost to attend but pre-registration is strongly encouraged.  Call the Chamber at (814) 943-8151. You can register for the Oct. 3 meeting by clicking here. To register for the October 4 meeting, click here.
