Missed the Meeting on the Canadian Rockies Trip? Let Us Catch You Up!
If you missed last week’s informational meeting on the Chamber’s trip to the Canadian Rockies and Glacier National Park, you missed a lot! The Chamber is partnering with Epic Journeys on the trip, which is offered through Collette. The trip, at $3,699, includes airfare from Pittsburgh. Among the highlights (aside from Glacier National Park) are Calgary, Waterton Lakes National Park, Banff, Athabasca Glacier, Chateau Lake Louise and the famous “Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump.” The tour features a drive along the incredible Icefields Parkway. Paralleling the Great Divide, this special roadway is home to some of the most dramatic vistas in all of North America. Tourists will have an opportunity to ride across a 1,000-foot thick glacier or walk on the Glacier Skywalk. If you’d like information on the trip, contact the Chamber at 943-8151 or contact Epic Journeys at 266-5070.
