| The Intermunicipal Relations Committee is a council of governments (COG) that oversees recycling, composting, solid waste and related sustainability programs in Altoona, Logan Township, and Hollidaysburg and Tyrone Boroughs. The COG also supports programs in other parts of Blair County including illegal dump prevention and remediation, hazardous waste and electronics recycling. |

At the same time, we reduce our dependence on the tax dollar generating new sources of revenue and increasing numbers of volunteers.
